The new iPad Pro, which is scheduled to be released sometime in November also has an optional accessory called the Smart Keyboard which magnetically connects to the iPad using the Smart Connector – that also sends the data as opposed to using Bluetooth. This also makes the keyboard less intensive on battery life. Recently, some interesting news has been uncovered about the keyboard, German language blog iFun.de found that, quietly mentioned on the Apple website, other regions for the Apple website mentions this, only the English versions don’t.
Apple may be launching the Smart Keyboard in other languages soon as the iPad Pro is rolling out to stores, but we shall see.
“The Smart Keyboard for iPad Pro is available only with the keyboard layout for English (US).”
iPad Pro is launching in November starting at $799.
