Ford’s new small SUV the Puma has just gone on sale and What Car? this week has awarded the new car Car of the Year for 2020, with praise given to being fun to drive, well packaged and well priced.

Windows 7 is now no longer officially supported by Microsoft

Microsoft announced that Windows 7 would eventually be no longer supported back at the end of 2018 and also a few weeks ago as a reminder, but this week on Tuesday it happened. Users on Windows 7 still will no longer get updates, support or any malware protection from Microsoft.

Mini launches new limited edition ‘Convertible Sidewalk’ starting at £34,215

This week also, Mini announced a new upcoming limited edition variant of the Cooper S convertible, called the ‘Sidewalk edition’ which Mini is saying is in time for Spring. The new model only has 150 models of this limited edition, and starts at £34,215.

Facebook is undertaking a redesign of the web version of the website, starting this week some select users will start seeing the new design and it should be rolled out to everyone by the spring.

Bose is closing down all of its retail stores in Europe and the US

Bose is starting to shut down all of its retail operations in Europe, UK all of the US, Japan and Australia. 119 stores are being closed over the next few months.

Amazon says Honey browser add on is a ‘security risk’

Earlier this week, Wired reported that before Christmas last year Amazon started showing pop-up warnings to say that the Honey browser add-on is a security risk as it collects order history and that you should “uninstall this extension immediately.”
