This week, Skoda has expanded the trim levels of both the Kamiq and the Scala with a new Monte Carlo spec option, this trim level has been available on the CitiGo city car in the past and is an option on the current Fabia. The addition of this spec is to celebrate Skoda’s recent win in the WRC at the Monte Carlo rally.

What’s new?

As with the Fabia, the Monte Carlo trim level adds a lot extra visuals, including 18-inch black alloy wheels, panoramic sunroof, new sports bumper on the front and LED headlights as standard. Black detailing is added to the grill, window trim and mirrors.

On the inside, there is unique sports seats with red detailing, sports steering wheel, aluminium pedals and red ambient lighting (similar to what you get on the Volkswagen up! GTI)

Also as standard is Skoda’s Virtual Cockpit.

Starting price for the Kamiq Monte Carlo is £23,305 for a 1-litre petrol engine with 115PS and the Scala starts at £22,680 for the same engine.

Order books are open now with deliveries starting this spring.
