BMW has revealed that here in the UK, the current 6 Series GT will be pulled from sale next month, due to poor sales. BMW also won’t be offering the new facelifted version in the UK either which was announced recently. Other countries will get it, however.
BMW started offering the 6 Series GT back in 2017 which at the time, replaced the 5 Series GT. But due to poor sales and, according to BMW an increase in demand and popularity for its own line of SUVs – the 6 Series GT won’t be offered going forward. BMW company officials have said its SUV line offers greater ride height and a higher seating position as well as a similar level of practicality.
The new 6 Series GT has a redesigned rear end as well as updated interior, with a larger 12.3in infotainment display.
