Back in November last year, when Apple TV+ was launched Dickinson was one of the original launch shows along with The Morning Show, For All Mankind and See. Now Dickinson has already filmed the second season as well as being renewed for a third one. Dickinson stars Hailee Steinfeld, who plays Emily Dickinson, a famous poet. The new season will be available on Apple TV+ on Friday 8th January 2021 and like most new Apple TV+ shows, each episode after that will be available each week, like traditional television.

Other original shows on Apple TV+ that launched early on such as The Morning Show, For All Mankind and See all have second seasons coming up that are due soon or in the production stages. The last few months has seen the launch of Ted Lasso which has been very well received as well as Long Way Up – starring Charley Boorman and Ewan McGregor.
