In the news this week, Apple announces an event for next week, likely to see the iPhone 12, Amazon announces a new all electric delivery van, Ford launches the ‘Fiesta ST Edition’, Apple is rumoured to launch the ‘HomePod’ mini for under $100 and Google has recently updated the Chromecast to now include Google TV and now a remote for the first time.
The iPhone 12 event is next week
Apple announced a new event for the 13th October earlier this week and as we didnt see the new iPhone at the event last month, we can be sure we’ll be seeing the new iPhone 12 next week as well as a few rumoured products, such as the AirTags and maybe a cheaper HomePod.
Amazon announces a new electric delivery van
Amazon has parented with electric car company Rivian to make the new all electric delivery van with Amazon and of course, it also has Alexa for the driver.
Ford announces a new limited edition of the Fiesta ST
New ‘Fiesta ST Edition’ is limited to 300 units for the UK and costs over £27,000.
Apple might be launching a $99 HomePod next week
Apple is rumoured to launch a ‘HomePod Mini’ at the event next week, rumoured to cost $99.
Google updates the Chromecast, now comes with a remote
Google updated the Chromecast this week, with the new ‘Chromecast with Google TV’ and it now has a dedicated remote for the first time.
