In the news this week, it is all about Apple as its ‘Hi, Speed’ virtual event took place on Tuesday, we saw the new iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro and the iPhone 12 Pro Max as well as the HomePod mini. HomePod is also getting Dolby Atmos support later this year and in non-Apple news, Volkswagen has now launched the entire line of ID.3 versions and prices.

Apple announced the iPhone 12
New iPhone 12 launched, A14 chip, 5G support and an OLED screen. Also, now comes in a mini size.
Apple announced the iPhone 12 Pro
Same A14 chip as iPhone 12, has three cameras, case is stainless steel and has a new blue option. Like last year, comes in larger Pro Max size.
HomePod mini was announced
Rumoured to be under $100. Rumours came true, HomePod mini is $99/£99 and will be launching properly next month.
Full ID.3 range and prices announced
Entry level ‘Life’ trim is £29,990 with 263 miles of range.
Larger HomePod will support Dolby Atmos soon
Future update will bring Dolby Atmos surround sound to the larger HomePod.
