A lot of companies are making plans and making shifts the world of electric vehicles, it is an important reality we all need to work towards and earlier in February, Jaguar made the decision to become an all electric company by the year 2025, along with Ford by 2030 and so on. Now FedEx is making some promises, it is planning on becoming fully electric for its fleet by the year 2040, which is quite far away but it has a lot of work to do.

FedEx will be slowly phasing out the standard combustion trucks over time and the company says that by 2025 at least, 50% of its vehicles globally will be fully electric. The company is setting aside $2 billion to start with to make a head-start on new vehicles.
